Disassembly and Estimate Check
The first step in repairing your vehicle is disassembly. Once completed, we assess if there's any damage missed in the original estimate. If there is, then we have to get approval for the repairs from the party responsible for payment.
If the estimate hasn't missed anything, we move forward with the repair. Throughout the process, we maintain contact with the insurance company handling the claim. As well, the insurer may want to review the estimate and inspect the vehicle before or during the repair process.

Reassembly
Once the painting is complete, your vehicle is reassembled with all the trim pieces, hardware, decals, and stripes. If any new glass is needed, it is usually installed at this point.
Non-structural parts, including trim, may be bolted, clipped, adhesively bonded, riveted, or welded onto the vehicle. To reduce the noise, vibration, and harshness, some vehicle makers use foam fillers between the panels, which we repair as needed. The headlamps are also aimed before the vehicle is returned to the customer.
The wheel alignment should be checked if the collision damage was severe, if the vehicle spun, or if a tire, wheel, or suspension parts were damaged in the collision. Please make sure you notify us if your vehicle spun or if any of these conditions have occurred. This helps to catch any potential problems with the steering and suspension parts.
Quality Control
To complete the repair, we test drive your vehicle to check for mechanical system problems, wind noises, and water leaks. Your repairs are also inspected and compared to the final repair order. Repairs are only complete when they meet Collision Solutions' rigid repair standards.
Warranty
Your vehicle's repairs are backed by a written Lifetime National Limited Warranty.
