Structural
If your car was hit hard in a collision, your vehicle may have structural damage. Structural damage can make your car unsafe for normal driving and will need to be repaired to the manufacturer's original specifications. To make sure your car is safely repaired, we utilize electronic, mechanical, and ultrasonic measuring technology to make an exact determination of any structural damage to your vehicle.
Structural Straightening
First, we place your vehicle on a frame straightening rack or bench. Then, we anchor your vehicle down while chains and hydraulic rams accurately pull the frame or unibody structure back to specifications. During this process, your vehicle may require disassembly to protect adjacent parts or to access damaged areas.
Components and Parts Repair
To ensure a proper fit of bolted and welded panels, damaged components are repaired to return the vehicle's structure to its original specifications. However, if we cannot straighten a part, we will replace it to the manufacturer's specifications.
Quality Control
During the repair process, we measure your vehicle several times to make sure it is within the recommended manufacturer's tolerances. In most cases, this tolerance is a strict as three millimeters (the thickness of three dimes), however some vehicles today require a tolerance no greater than one millimeter.
Warranty
Your vehicle's structural repairs are backed by a written National Lifetime Limited Warranty.
